Everyone calls her Miky. Not just because it’s shorter, but because we instinctively feel the need to affectionately nickname her. With her long blonde hair, summer-sky-blue eyes, and delicate stature, Miky looks like a doll. But beyond appearances, she’s a warm, calm person with a delightful sense of humor that catches you off guard and makes you laugh at the most unexpected moments.

Her professional journey began in 2007 at Mediaposte, where she gained experience in data entry and e-commerce. Curiosity and attention to detail have always driven her to explore new things, and in 2021, she joined the Create Direct team. Actively involved in many of our projects, Miky is the one who makes sure every reward looks perfect in our clients’ programs and that the user experience is as smooth as possible.

Miky is the kind of person you can always count on. She has a rare ability to notice details others might miss, and if something isn’t quite right, she’s the first to fix it. If her job were a movie, she’d call it “Madame Web”, and if it had a soundtrack, it would definitely include “Don’t Stop Me Now” by Queen.

When she’s not immersed in the digital world of product platforms, she dreams of traveling and of writing a blog to share her experiences. And if she could give her first-day-on-the-job self one piece of advice? “You don’t have to know everything from the start. Be patient, ask questions, learn, and you’ll grow more than you ever imagined.”

Miky never settles for “good enough.” For her, things have to be done properly—with care and passion. And that’s what makes her a valuable part of our team.
