Andrei has been part of the Create Direct team since 2019 and is responsible for the development and maintenance of websites and web applications. He works with code, platforms, and digital deliverables, but always does it with calm, patience, and a relaxed attitude—qualities that help him handle the fast pace of our projects with ease.

In fact, calmness seems to be his superpower. In a work environment where things change daily and requirements come in rapid succession, Andrei remains balanced and smiling. He’s not the type to get overwhelmed, but rather the one who contributes to a laid-back vibe in the team.

Outside the office, Andrei is passionate about traveling and discovering authentic places. He recently got married, and he spends his free time with his wife and their adorable beagle, Lex. If he had to choose between the sea and the mountains, Andrei would choose the mountains without hesitation. He enjoys adventure, off-road trails, hiking, and the freedom to explore lesser-known areas.

Andrei is a constant presence at team buildings, always bringing a good mood with him. If you've ever attended a team event with him, you’ve probably seen him on the dance floor—he’s got a great sense of rhythm and a relaxed style that fits perfectly in any atmosphere. He always breaks the mold of the “classic” quiet and reserved developer.

If his job were a movie, it would definitely be one with Tom Cruise—maybe "Mission: Possible", because with Andrei, everything gets done. And the soundtrack of his office life? "Feel It Still" by Portugal. The Man: laid-back, upbeat, and always on a good groove.
