She has a presence that fills the room, whether it’s a strategy meeting or a rock concert, where she feels just as at home. With enough experience for three careers and a sharp instinct for what works and what needs tweaking, Adina blends intuition with discipline, and diplomacy with determination.

Beyond business and briefings, Adina is a mother and a close friend to her daughter; a duo that’s a bit like Gilmore Girls, but with an alternative soundtrack and even better comebacks. They travel often together, laugh a lot, and choose their destinations based on vibe, not travel guides.

Adina loves concerts, especially rock, and whenever she gets the chance, you’ll find her somewhere in the crowd, eyes closed and smiling, at a Metallica show or listening to “Fluturi pe asfalt.” She doesn’t make a big deal about what she likes, but her taste says a lot: she’s modern, deep, and knows how to find meaning even in seemingly simple things.
